Why use a headset?

A headset helps you to avoid neck strain and keeps your hands free.

Remember that time when  you were trying to cradle the phone on your shoulder whilst accessing the information you needed to help the caller on the other end of the line? After a while, it started getting uncomfortable and the muscles in your shoulders started to ache with the fatigue and tension? Meanwhile you were trying to type or take notes?

A wireless headset allows you to leave your desk and move around during phone calls without having to put the caller on hold if you need access to information you might be storing in the next room or ask a colleague a question.

A headset also enables the microphone to stay in the same position as you move your head and speak. Your voice stays consistent instead of changing in volume and clarity as it would if you were to cradle the phone between your ear and shoulder.
