Project Update | July 2020

Following a successful development application, work has progressed on the Berrima Marketplace improvements:

• View the plans to see the revised approved playground equipment layout (this was approved via a Modification to DA submission)
• Open tenders were called and Growth Civil Landscapes have been engaged by WSC to undertake this Project.
• Two trees have been removed in the vicinity of the proposed playground location to enable the construction to be undertaken.
• The design is complete and the Contractor is currently compiling necessary documentation to lodge an application to Council for the Construction Certificate.
• Work is anticipated to commence on site in August / September and due for completion by the end of October 2020.
