Let's talk rubbish!

Recently, Council provided a bulky waste clean-up collection service for residents with a domestic waste service. Residents were not required to pre-book the service and were notified by letterbox drop a fortnight prior to the commencement of the pick-up in their area.

Prior to 2022, Council provided a bulky waste kerbside collection service under a user pays system. Residents with a kerbside domestic waste service were eligible to participate in the pre-booked and pre-paid bulky waste collection service. Each collection cost $89 and collections occurred twice a year in Summer and Winter.

Council is reviewing the format of the bulky waste collection service to make improvements for residents in the future.
