Survey has concluded
In February 2021 Council undertook community research which indicated that three of the five drivers for satisfaction with council’s overall performance were provision of information, communication and participation in decision making.
As a result council has undertaken a service delivery review for the corporate relations service. As part of the review a deep dive into the research results was undertaken by checking back in with the community regarding communication and engagement for council services via an online survey as well as online forums with community representatives.
