THIS CONSULTATION HAS NOW CONCLUDED. Council will consider submissions received prior to adopting final versions of the draft documents.
Like most local government authorities around Australia, rapidly evolving technology is transforming the way Wingecarribee Shire Council communicates with our community.
These changes bring both opportunities and risks for Council.
Currently on exhibition, our draft Communication Strategy shows how Council’s many forms of communication link together to achieve specific objectives. It identifies actions to improve consistency and ensure we are communicating and sharing information of highest priority to the community, while catering for the Shire’s diverse audience groups.
The overall aim of our Strategy is to manage the Wingecarribee Shire Council brand and ensure Council messages are communicated effectively, proactively and consistently.
It's now your turn to have a say. Please take a look at the draft Communications Strategy currently on exhibition until 14 July 2014.
