Public exhibition of the draft plan concluded on 6 September 2020. Submissions were reviewed and a report prepared for Council consideration on 28 October 2020. You can view the adopted Southern Highlands Destination Plan here.

Council has been developing a combined economic development and tourism strategy to provide a blueprint to achieve the 2031 vision for the Wingecarribee economy over the next 10 years. This involves a whole of destination approach, positioning the Shire as an attractive investment destination - a place to live, work, learn, play and visit.

    Please review the draft Southern Highlands Destination Plan 2020-2030 and associated documents (in the Document Library) and provide your feedback below by 4.30pm Sunday 6 September (extended from 30/8/20).

    All submissions will be considered by Council prior to the adoption of a final Plan.
