The construction of the Second Synthetic Hockey Field at Welby is now complete. The completed works include;

  • Synthetic Grass Hockey pitch,
  • Access road (emergency and maintenance only),
  • Internal Footpaths,
  • Spectator mounds,
  • Fencing,
  • Stormwater drainage works, and
  • Lighting.

The Southern Highlands Hockey Association is planning to recommence the 2020 hockey season once Covid 19 restrictions ease.

Council thanks the surrounding community for their patience and interest during the project.
