55 Renwick Drive, Renwick - Operational land classification

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, public notice of a resolution to classify Lot 100 DP 1267562 being 55 Renwick Drive, Renwick as ‘Operational land’ is hereby given:

The above land forms the site of the Renwick Community Centre. Upon transfer to Council, it is proposed the land be classified as Operational. This will enable Council to enter into a Lease of the space dedicated for independent use.

Details of the proposal can be viewed at libraries, the Civic Centre and as mapped below.

All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141 Moss Vale NSW 2577, within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this notice. Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

Once the submission period is completed, Wingecarribee Shire Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the classification. If no objections are received, the land being Lot 100 DP 1267562 will be classified as “Operational Land”.
