Proposed Licence Agreement - Highlands Community Centres Incorporated- Highlands Youth Hub - 2a Park Road, Bowral being part of Lot 1 DP 943788

In accordance with Sections 46 & 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Wingecarribee Shire Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider granting a five (5) year Licence to Highlands Community Centres Incorporated for the continued occupation of Highlands Youth Centre, Park Road, Bowral.

The Youth Centre provides services for local youth to learn new skills, access youth services and a range of facilities and attractions, including a media suite and coffee spot in a safe place to meet and have fun

The Proposed Licence Agreement is on exhibition from 22 January 2020 until 21 February 2020.

NOTE: If any objection is raised during the public exhibition period a final report will be taken back to Council for determination. But if no objection is received during the public exhibition period, the General Manager and Mayor have been delegated authority to finalise the licence.
