Construction of the brand new Wingecarribee Animal Shelter at 1 Bowman Road, Moss Vale (being part Lot 2 DP 1249526) is expected to be completed by late 2023/ early 2024.
Council intends to make available a multi-purpose space/room within the new Animal Shelter that may have a commercial potential (subject to approval). Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the lease of this area for a purpose that aligns with the principal purpose of the Animal Shelter.
In addition to the proposed space, it is envisioned that the lessee will share the reception area and amenities within the Animal Shelter.
The indicative space (which is subject to change) is shown highlighted in yellow in the concept plan below:
Expressions of Interest
Any Expression of Interest should include sufficient details to enable Council to fully understand the intended use of the lease space.
The request for Expression of Interest has been issued in the context of Council ensuring that the use of the proposed leased space is consistent with Council's and the Community's vision for the new Wingecarribee Animal Shelter Facility.
