    Proposed Road Closing Under Section 38B Roads Act 1993.

    In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Wingecarribee Shire Council proposes to close the Council Public Road in Part Road Reserve – Railway Parade (adjoining 49 Station Street), Balmoral as shown in aerial map

    Upon closure of the road reserve, Council intends to sell the land to the adjoining land owner.

    All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to the General Manager, Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141 Moss Vale NSW 2577, within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this advertisement. Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

    Once the submission period is completed, Wingecarribee Shire Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the road closure proposal.

    In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, public notice of a resolution to classify Lot 100 DP 1267562 being 55 Renwick Drive, Renwick as ‘Operational land’ is hereby given:

    The above land forms the site of the Renwick Community Centre. Upon transfer to Council, it is proposed the land be classified as Operational. This will enable Council to enter into a Lease of the space dedicated for independent use.
