Share your thoughts on the update of Council's Pesticide Notification Plan.

Wingecarribee Shire Council is seeking feedback on the draft Pesticide Notification Plan. The Plan describes how and when Council notifies the community when using pesticides in public places within Wingecarribee Local Government Area.

Pesticides are an important tool for the control of weeds and other pests. Council is required under the Pesticides Regulation 2017 to have a Pesticide Notification Plan for applying pesticides to public places.

Council has recently reviewed its Pesticides Notification Plan. The draft Pesticides Notification Plan is on public exhibition from 22 August to 21 September 2018. Submissions close at 5pm on 21 September 2018.

Before making a submission, please review the new draft Pesticide Notification Plan and other important information in the Library section.
