Final designs for Cook Street and Church Road playspaces

Council has engaged Creative Recreation Solutions to deliver the new and improved Cook Street and Church Road playspaces.

We are excited to share the final designs with you:

Both playgrounds were identified for improvements as part of Council's Playspace Strategy. The strategy was adopted by Council in 2020 and provides a guide for Council on the future provision, development and maintenance of its public playgrounds.

Both projects will be co-funded by Council and the NSW Government. Grant funding received from the NSW Government's Everyone Can Play program will be shared across Moss Vale's Church Road Oval playground and Mittagong's Cook Street playground.

Construction is expected to commence in April 2023, weather permitting.
