Playgrounds

Playgrounds have an important role in providing free and fun activity for our children.

In 2018 we will be preparing a strategy for the ongoing management and maintenance of playgrounds across the Wingecarribee Shire.

Our survey about playgrounds concluded on 18 February 2018. We are currently working through responses.

We had a fabulous response to the playgrounds survey!

382 surveys were completed by 375 households with some kids also filling it in :-)

Now the fun begins in sorting through them. Stay tuned by registering your details here.

    Thank you!

Playgrounds have an important role in providing free and fun activity for our children. A strategy is being developed in 2018 to guide the management and provision of playgrounds across the Wingecarribee Shire.

Officers will be visiting pools, playgrounds and libraries in January to encourage families to voice their thoughts. Schools will also be invited to share the invitation with parents once they commence the first term.

A date is yet to be confirmed for the conclusion of the survey.
