Survey has concluded

In February 2021 Council undertook community research which indicated that three of the five drivers for satisfaction with council’s overall performance were provision of information, communication and participation in decision making.

As a result council has undertaken a service delivery review for the corporate relations service. As part of the review a deep dive into the research results was undertaken by checking back in with the community regarding communication and engagement for council services via an online survey as well as online forums with community representatives.

Stay tuned, in the coming months we will provide more information about the projects and initiatives Council will be undertaking in response to your feedback.

    Wingecarribee Shire Council conducted Community Research earlier in 2021.

    The results showed three of the five main drivers of the community’s overall satisfaction with Wingecarribee Shire Council were provision of information, level of communication and opportunities to participate in decision making.

    We are seeking additional information via a community survey in order to more deeply explore the results and inform future improvements.

    Please note all responses will be recorded for reporting purposes however personal details will be removed and confidentiality maintained. 


    Please complete the Corporate Relations Survey below by 9am Wednesday 1 September 2021. 

      The survey will take about 10 minutes and is broken into 4 sections. Registration is not required on this occasion.

    Wingecarribee Shire Council is reviewing the way it communicates and engages with the community. 

    Complete our 15 minute survey to assist us in improving services.
