NOTICE OF PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF A PLANNING PROPOSAL - To amend Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan (WLEP) 2010 toenable subdivision to preserve a dwelling entitlement on land identified as Mittagong Airfield
A Proposal to amend the Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan (WLEP) 2010 is currently open for submissions.
The Planning Proposal and all supporting documentation is now on public exhibition from: Monday 22 May to Friday 23 June 2023 and may be viewed on the NSW Department of Planning and Environment’s Planning Portal HERE.
The Portal enables you to make a written submission to the Planning Proposal, a copy of which will be automatically sent to Council. Alternatively, written submissions to the Planning Proposal may be mailed, emailed or hand delivered to the Civic Centre using the contact details below. All submissions should quote PP-2022-3467.
Only written submissions can be considered and, although they may be viewed by a third party, all identifying features removed beforehand.
A post-exhibition report to Council will be prepared at the end of the exhibition period and will include consideration of any submissions received.
