NOTICE OF PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF A PLANNING PROPOSAL - To include land at Yarrawa Road within the Chelsea Gardens Coomungie Urban Release Area boundary
A Proposal to amend the Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan (WLEP) 2010 is currently open for submissions. This is to include land at 121, 131 and 153 Yarrawa Road Moss Vale within the Chelsea Gardens Coomungie Urban Release Area (URA) and to amend the zoning and minimum lot size of the subject land to be consistent with those on adjoining land within the existing URA
The Portal enables you to make a written submission to the Planning Proposal, a copy of which will be automatically sent to Council. Alternatively, written submissions to the Planning Proposal may be mailed, emailed or hand delivered to the Civic Centre using the contact details below. All submissions should quote PP-2022-4351.
Only written submissions can be considered and, although they may be viewed by a third party, all identifying features removed beforehand.
A post-exhibition report to Council will be prepared at the end of the exhibition period and will include consideration of any submissions received.
