Our Customer Experience Standards and Charter outlines standards we will use to deliver professional, reliable, and consistent customer experiences that meet your expectations.

At the Ordinary Council Meeting, the Customer Experience Charter and Customer Experience Standards were endorsed for Public Exhibition. We encourage the community to provide their feedback through the below survey by 4:00pm Wednesday 1 November.
