Exhibition of Proposed Fees and Charges - Upstairs Office Space Bowral Memorial Hall and Sutton Forest Hall

Bowral Memorial Hall

Bowral Memeorial Hall has recently undergone significant refurbishment works which includes the office space on the first floor.

The office space includes working stations, a kitchen, a bathroom and meeting room. The first floor office space has separate access to the main hall via steps at the side of the building together with lift access.

Sutton Forest Hall

The Sutton Forest Hall consists of two sections, one being the hall area and the other being the meeting room. The tenant in the hall section is currently holding over under an expired licence agreement.

Proposal

Council reviews its fees and charges on an annual basis and Council adopts fees and charges as part of its Revenue Policy and Annual Budgetary process.

On Wednesday 16 August 2023 Council formally resolved to publicly exhibit the proposed fees and charges for the Upstairs Office space at Bowral Memorial Hall and the Sutton Forest Hall.
