Operational Land Classification - Lots 1 and 2 DP 1292881, Suttor Road, Moss Vale

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, public notice of a resolution dated 21 June 2023 (MN 2023/418) to classify Lots 1 and 2 DP 1292881, Suttor Road Moss Vale as ‘Operational Land’ is hereby given.

The above land was acquired by Council in accordance with resolution dated 13 March 2019 (MN84/19) for road purposes associated with the Moss Vale Bypass Project

The area of land to be classified ‘Operational’ is shown in the attached cadastral map.

Further information regarding the proposal can be viewed at Wingecarribee Public Libraries, the Civic Centre and www.yoursaywingecarribee.com.au, under ‘Public Exhibition of Leases and Licences and other Property related matters’.

All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to the General Manager, Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141 Moss Vale NSW 2577, by email mail@wsc.nsw.gov.au or by completing an online submission form, within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this notice.

Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

Once the submission period is completed, Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the classification.

If no objections are received, the land being Lots 1 & 2 DP 1292881 will be classified as ‘Operational Land’.
