Notice of Proposed Grant of Easement Under Section 47 Local Government Act, 1993.
Pursuant to Section 47 of the Local Government Act, 1993, notice is hereby given of the following proposed grant of easement over community land as detailed below:
Address of land: Part Public Reserve off Emily Circuit, Bowral - Lot 198 DP 1014858 (PN 1713590)
Purpose of Easement: Easement for Battery Storage
Term of the easement: Perpetual
Benefited by grant of easement: Endeavour Energy

All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141 Moss Vale NSW 2577, within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this advertisement. Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.
Once the submission period is completed, Wingecarribee Shire Council will consider all duly made submissions (if any) before deciding whether to continue with the grant of easement proposal.
