Proposed Road Lease to Wylarah Pastoral Company Pty Ltd - Part Road Reserve adjoining 298 Medway Road, Medway
Under Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, Council gives notice of its intention to consider issuing a lease over part of the unformed road reserve adjoining 298 Medway Road, Medway to Wylarah Pastoral Company Pty Ltd, for the purpose of maintenance of the road reserve and grazing of one cow.
The area of land proposed to be leased is approximately 4,372.93m2. The area of land proposed to be leased is shown shaded in red on the attached Aerial Map.

Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.
Once the submission period is completed, Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the issue of a Road Lease.
Please Note: If any objection is raised during the public exhibition period a report will be presented to Council for determination. But if no objection is received during the public exhibition period, the General Manager has delegated authority to finalise the Road Lease.
