Proposed Road Lease - Tujilo Pty Ltd, Part Cnr Horderns and Kangaloon Roads, Bowral

Under Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, Council gives notice of its intention to consider issuing a lease over part of the unformed road reserve Cnr Kangaloon and Horderns Roads Bowral to Tujilo Pty Ltd, for future proposed business identification signage.

The area of land proposed to be leased is approximately 55m2. A copy of the draft site plan is below, area identified by white broken line.

Please note: This notification is for the issue of a lease for the proposed leased space only. The road lease does not provide consent or approval for the erection of signage within the lease space without the approval of Council as Consent Authority. A development application will be required to be lodged for assessment for any proposed signage within the lease space area.

All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to the General Manager, Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141 Moss Vale NSW 2577 or email mail@wsc.nsw.gov.au within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this advertisement.

Submissions can be made by email, post or the online submission form.

Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

Once the submission period is completed, Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the issue of a Road Lease.

Please Note: If any objection is raised during the public exhibition period a report will be presented to Council for determination. But if no objection is received during the public exhibition period, the General Manager has delegated authority to finalise the Road Lease.
