Renewal of Licence Agreements - NSW Department of Planning and Environment

Under Section 46 & 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council gives notice of its intention to consider granting a Licence Agreement to NSW Department of Planning & Environment for their continued occupation for Ground Water Monitoring Bores, of the following three (3) Council Public Reserves for a further term of five (5) years.

Part Lot 41 DP 749010 – Mansfield Park, Mansfield Road, Bowral
Part Lot 13 Sec 6 DP 758938 – Cunningham Park, Exeter Road, Sutton Forest
Part Lot 42 DP 850568 – Public Reserve, Suttor Road, Moss Vale

All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to the General Manager, Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141 Moss Vale NSW 2577 or email mail@wsc.nsw.gov.au within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this advertisement.

Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

Once the submission period is completed, Council will consider all duly made submissions before deciding whether to continue with the issue of a Road Lease.

Please Note: If any objection is raised during the public exhibition period a final report will be taken back to Council for determination. But if no objection is received during the public exhibition period, the General Manager and Mayor have been delegated authority to finalise the Road Lease.
